Mazars in Korea’s Business Support Team is looking for an HR generalist who will be responsible for creating and implementing programs and initiatives that enhance the employee experience throughout the organization. Also this position will be in charge of office management, which could impact day-to-day employee experience. The full scope of responsibility will be as below :

Roles & Responsibilities

  • General affairs & Office management (60%)
    • Managing office supplies, equipment and services, ensuring a well-maintained and efficient workspace.
    • Assist IT solutions through collaboration with an IT outsourcing company, overseeing the management of software and hardware.
    • Oversee employee benefits, including congratulations, condolences, health check-ups.
  • Employee Cycle Management (20%)
    • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including crafting job descriptions, screening, scheduling, and conducting interviews.
    • Conduct comprehensive onboarding training for new team members, covering administrative and cultural aspects.
  • Enhancing Employee Experience (15%)
    • Design and implement engaging programs such as team-building activities, workshops, and enjoyable office events.
    • Conduct surveys to measure employee satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement.
  • HR Support (5%)
    • General support in terms of HR operations (attendance management etc.)

Qualifications

  • A bachelors’ degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in related are is preferred
  • Excellence in English and Korean (Both at a business communication level)
