About this position

We are looking for an enthusiastic and versatile marketing manager who has experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns while managing and inspiring a team. The manager should be equally proficient with day-to-day marketing activities and long-term strategizing, and be able to work to tight deadlines to meet the company’s needs.

Job Description:

  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with the management team about marketing campaigns, strategies, and budgets
  • Develop and execute marketing plans that include an overarching content strategy, writing content which will be published on the website, social media, and email
  • Assess the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives using tracking and analysis, and report on this to the management team to optimize marketing
  • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
  • Have good knowledge of digital marketing strategy and analytical tools
  • Lead and ensure consistency in messaging, branding, content, and the look and feel of all internal and external communications and marketing materials
  • Generate awareness of existing and new customers through a wide range of B2B channels, including social, events, CRM, PR
  • Develop an event marketing strategy, including goals, objectives, and target audiences
  • Collaborate with digital marketing and PR agencies and vendors to improve brand marketing and exposure
  • Help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-­facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
  • Lead and develop the Mazars student brand ambassador project, which is currently active at three universities

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 7+ years in marketing, communication, business, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills – strong written and oral communication skills
  • Team player with ability to work cross-functionally
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects, ability to meet deadlines, and strong attention to detail
  • Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
  • Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
