Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Manager to join our Outsourcing Services team. The Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of quality management principles, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance program for outsourcing services, including policies, procedures, and performance metrics, to ensure compliance with client requirements and industry standards.
  • Establish quality control measures and conduct regular audits and reviews of work performed by team members to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to track performance against quality targets, analyzing trends and variances and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including operations, training, and technology teams, to identify root causes of quality issues and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Provide guidance, training, and coaching to team members on quality standards, best practices, and quality assurance methodologies, fostering a culture of quality excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular meetings and communication sessions with team members to discuss quality performance, share feedback, and recognize achievements, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and escalations related to quality issues, facilitating resolution and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in quality management, participating in training and professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills.
  • Prepare and present quality reports and dashboards to senior management and clients, summarizing performance metrics, trends, and improvement initiatives.
  • Lead and participate in quality improvement projects and initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process enhancements and achieve quality objectives.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, quality assurance, or related field; additional certification in quality management is a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in quality assurance or quality control role, preferably in an outsourcing or service-oriented environment.
  • Strong understanding of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools, such as Six Sigma, Lean, or ISO standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to improve quality performance.
  • Effective leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate team members to achieve quality goals and objectives.
  • Proven track record of implementing quality improvement initiatives, driving process enhancements, and achieving measurable results.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work and exceeding client expectations.
  • Customer-focused mindset, with a dedication to understanding client needs and delivering solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
  • Proficiency in quality management software tools and systems, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
